Kitchen walls come in all different shapes and sizes, so when you are fitting tiles or a glass splashback, you want to measure and fit your pieces perfectly. A common question we get is: when splashbacks are in corners, is there a preference for which piece goes first or second? Which side overlaps the other is just a matter of personal preference. There is no wrong answer, and no way has any benefit or disadvantage. If you are going to overlap one way, it’s a good idea to keep it consistent, especially if you have other corners to work around.
